QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education requirement:
- Years of experience:
- Seven years of progressive responsibility within a Registrar’s Office including five years of supervisory experience as an associate or assistant registrar, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed.
- Knowledge of:
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including the ability to review processes and utilize data to recommend and implement policy and process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and online meeting and collaboration tools.
- Prior experience with student information systems and other relevant enterprise applications.
- Preferred Direct job-related qualifications:
- Significant years of experience with the Ellucian Colleague Student Information System, as well as experience with academic catalog software (Acalog).
- Experience in other areas of enrollment management, such as financial aid, is also highly valued.
- Familiarity with the rules and best practices of the American Bar Association’s Section on Legal Education and the California State Bar preferred.
