The Opportunity

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you'll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you'll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you'll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

Overview of Adobe's Student Athlete Micro-Internship

The intern will join our B2B DME Strategy and Performance team, where they will delve into the B2B Sales Assisted motion and gain insights into how marketing impact and performance are evaluated and monitored in a B2B space. Additionally, they will be exposed to the utilization of data insights in formulating strategic recommendations across marketing and sales functions. The Intern will have one larger project to complete, which will require skills outlined below.

What You'll Do

  • Learn B2B DME Sales Assisted Motion: Understand our sales-assisted motion and tools for tracking marketing performance.

  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Use SQL queries to extract and analyze data for insights.

  • KPI Dashboard Development: Build KPI dashboards to manage business metrics and identify marketing opportunities.

  • Data Manipulation and Formatting: Prepare data for analysis by formatting and cleaning it appropriately.

  • Statistical Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data using statistical tools and Excel, then summarize findings.

  • Insightful Presentations: Communicate insights effectively through presentations.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026

  • Have a major in STEM area: preferably with major in BS program for Statistics/Math or in Masters program for Statistics/Math/Economics

  • Completed courses or experience in coding languages SQL(must), R - Python(good to have)

  • Experience with Visualization tool Tableau/Power BI

  • Microsoft office knowledge

  • Analytical mind

  • Strong math background

  • Teamwork attitude

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
