Job Description
In preparation for winning a recompete of previously held work, Harkcon seeks to hire key personnel in support of a forthcoming training contract to provide various aspects of training design, development, and delivery throughout the U.S. Coast Guard.  This particular position is for Site Lead at Training Center Petaluma, CA.

The Site Lead is responsible for:
  • Managing all aspects of the learning environment, including environmental factors, activities, testing, etc.
  • Agile development cycle experience.
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
  • Managing contractor employees at the location.
  • Reporting directly to Harkcon’s Program Manager while keeping client informed of site-specific work progress.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in an Education, Business, or Management related field
  • A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of project management experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
