Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Water/Wastewater Project Engineer, we'll count on you to:

• Prepare study-level reports and detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment systems and collection systems under instruction from the Project Manager and while directing support from an EIT.
• Take responsibility for performing complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures
• Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed
• Function as an assistant project manager on projects as needed
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• PE
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects
• Planning and/or design experience for water/wastewater treatment plants
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $76,461.00 - $129,090.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
