Primary Responsibilities

In the role of One Water Treatment Lead, we'll count on you to:

  • Manage drinking water treatment and advanced water treatment projects as a Seller/Doer
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing HDR share of water treatment market in Southern California and across the U.S.
  • Identify project opportunities and help lead client development
  • Lead the pursuit of key projects and assist with others
  • Lead the preparation of proposals and interview preparation
  • Provide technical guidance to others in HDR regarding water treatment
  • As professional engineer of record, oversee the preparation of plans, specs, and reports
  • Conduct quality control reviews of other projects
  • Perform other duties as needed #LI-JF1

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. required
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in water treatment design, with emphasis on advanced water treatment facilities
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Proven industry leadership recognition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active membership in AWWA committees

The expected compensation range for this position is $148,610.00 - $250,900.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
