The HR Manager for our Redwood City California manufacturing facility is a key member of the leadership team, and responsible for all aspects of human resources within the manufacturing site. This role plays a critical part in supporting compliance with labor laws, promoting an inclusive workplace while supporting development of our workforce.

• Build and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, HR policies and practices, training, and full employee life cycle processes.

• Support compliance with California labor laws, including wage and hour laws, and workplace standards.

• Create and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, and satisfaction.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing conflicts promptly and effectively.

• Partner with functional leads on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including employee orientation, leadership development, and cross-training.

• Build relationships with colleagues, and provide counsel while supporting employees.

• Lead workforce planning strategies for the site production staffing process by partnering with business groups to hire qualified and versatile employees for our organization.

• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation and Benefits functions to provide solutions for clients.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• 7+ years of HR experience with manufacturing preferred.

• Knowledge of pay and employment laws, practices, and legal requirements within the state of California.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
