Job Summary
The Sr Licensed Vocational Nurse, under the supervision of the Administrative Director & Charge Nurse, guided by the policies and procedures of the Center for Reproductive Health and Ambulatory Services, and in collaboration with the physician staff, has the clinical responsibility for developing and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The Sr LVN will perform clinical duties and coordination specific to unassisted and assisted reproductive techniques as well as andrology and gynecological treatment. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff, and for daily operations. All components of nursing care will be individualized to meet the patient's physiological and psychosocial development level and needs. The Sr. Licensed Vocational Nurse consistently projects a professional and courteous demeanor and shall comply with the Medical Center House and Telephone Standards.
