Founded in 1980, the Center for the Collaborative Classroom is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to become highly literate critical thinkers who learn from, care for, and respect one another. Our research-based curricula help children appreciate the ideas and opinions of others, learn to agree and disagree respectfully, and think critically about big ideas. Our programs are used in 80,000 classrooms across the country and impact the lives of over 2 million students daily, raising student grades and test scores, while building relationships and bolstering student and teacher engagement.

Who we need: Manager of Educational Partnerships - California Bay Area
Center for the Collaborative Classroom is seeking a Manager of Educational Partnerships who will work across the Greater Bay Area to support our overall growth, market penetration, and implementation goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who brings strong literacy expertise and a commitment to both our pedagogy and expanding Collaborative Classroom's growth. You will be responsible for an annual revenue goal and developing a sales strategy for your assigned territory. This role reports to the Regional Directory for the territory.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated confidence interacting with key decision-makers, experience as a presenter for adult learners as well as demonstrated presence and facility with social media: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; Salesforce (preferred).
Education, Certification:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Teaching Credential (preferred)
* Administrative Credential (preferred)
* Master's/Doctorate (preferred)
Physical demands:
* Lift at least 25 pounds

What Else You Should Know
Compensation: $98,273 - $105,338 a year plus a $15,000 one-time sign-on bonus to be paid in the second pay period of the month following date of hire.
This is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors, including experience, education, skillset, and geographic location. This range is for the California location and may be adjusted to the labor market in other geographic areas.
This is a full-time position and salary will be commensurate with experience.
