OVERVIEW:

The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences. The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for membership and program sales, providing information and answering questions about programs and services, and checking in visitors for the Kroc Center and Railton Place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests as they enter the Kroc Center and the Railton Place and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experience
  • Process all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and fees
  • Provide administrative support to include filing, data entry, and mailing. Ensure confidentiality of all data.
  • Handle and resolve guest's complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data
  • Provide security to ensure the Kroc Center and Railton Place are safe and secure by ensuring authorized entry by checking in and out all guests
  • Review security monitors and report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to management
  • Assist with emergencies and crisis situations including but not limited to fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergencies
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility and conduct all mandatory safety checks
  • Ensure that events, programs, and activities begin and end on time
  • Responsible for all opening and closing duties
  • Assist Kroc Center, Railton Place, and Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports.
  • Accept mail and packages for Kroc Center staff and Railton Place residents.
  • Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate with proficient typing skills
  • Able to perform job functions with a proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, fine judgment,
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese (Preferred)
  • Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment (Preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)

  • Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
