Overview

ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE): $56,797.00 - $96,358.00

The healthcare marketing liaison will act as an extension of Epic Care's Marketing department. This position's primary responsibility will be to educate key referral customers on the company's practice, physicians, and treatment options. The aim is to foster relationships enhance Epic Care's referral network and practice expansion by actively engaging with the community. The focus area will be Contra Costa County and neighboring regions, along with associated administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal communication and public speaking abilities. They should be willing to travel locally within their dedicated territory three days per week, with mileage reimbursed by the company.



Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, and influencers to increase referrals to practice.
  • Develop new business opportunities by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with existing referral sources and prospects. This includes outbound prospecting and follow-ups with targeted marketing leads.
  • Leverage technology and use a customer relationship management system (CRM) to define targets, plan activities, and log outcomes.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on new and changing physicians, partnerships, etc.
  • Represent Epic Care at sponsorship or other events, as well as participate in both the coordination of, and tracking of ROI.
  • Articulate Epic Care's brand, value story, and differentiators to key constituents
  • Operate with high integrity and comply with Epic Care policies and procedures.
  • Participates in corporate trade shows, health fairs, and other marketing activities as assigned.


Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years related experience preferred or equivalent in healthcare related field required.
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled medical practice environment. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public on a regular basis. The position may cause frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
