About the role:
The Senior Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Manager designs, executes, and advises on health economic modelling and outcomes research for the Cardiology Division at Boston Scientific (BSC). This is a senior, technical position where you'll be hands on in building/adapting a variety of health economic models and completing research projects using administrative claims and other real-world data (RWD) to develop global value messaging to support market access for BSC products and therapies. This role does not have direct reports but serves as a mentor and technical advisor to other members of the HEOR team and has multi-divisional influence. This role offers a hybrid work schedule approximately three days per week and can be based out of our office in Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA.
