Job Description
The Director of Corporate Education and Custom Programs coordinates and executes programs in a growing, self-support department that develops and delivers a broad range of workforce development, professional training, and learning opportunities that are tailored to meet the specific needs of domestic clients. Under the direction of the Director of Program Development, the position drives project management, secures contracts, and achieves established department enrollment and revenue targets. The Director of Corporate Education and Custom Programs coordinates and communicates to internal and external stakeholders including students, instructors, staff, business community, government entities, and the general public. Additionally, the position executes group programs that meet the client's time frame, learning objectives, and content expectations. The position serves as a key strategist for expanding the current portfolio of corporate education and custom programs. The position performs marketing and recruitment responsibilities and oversees program design and implementation with expert attention to and responsibility for success in both content delivery and program logistics.

The full salary range for the Director of Corporate Education and Custom Programs is $71,100- $128,700 annually. The expected starting pay scale for this position is up to $99,900 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
