Responsible for a functional vertical (Finance, Credit & Regulatory) and manage a team of technical leads and data engineers and partners to deliver solutions for the functional vertical. Ensure that new solutions align with enterprise data and platform strategies and ODP Strategy. Manage and develop a team of data engineers and partners for delivering new and enhancing our existing business solutions and capabilities where data movement or data related solutions are needed. Engage with other IT stakeholders of the functional vertical to plan and help implement the roadmaps of the functional vertical. Engage partners in testing, release management, and operations to ensure quality of code development, deployment, and postproduction support. Lead all aspects of software or product vendor implementations as needed to deploy solutions that integrate with FCB systems and processes. Come up to with roadmaps for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and partner with enterprise data architecture to come up with data management standards. Contribute to the data warehouse practice through the implementation of new design and development policies and procedures. Mentor and coach the employees who you will manage to build a strong team of data professionals who contribute to the bank's data ecosystem. Work with vendors to ensure all onsite and offshore resources are having the right skills and have the correct onboarding before they work on the FCB accounts. Do resource management for partners and employees and ensure work is happening within the budget and schedules that were agreed. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $229,258 - $271,000 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.

Position requires experience with:
(1) Managing an Enterprise Data Warehouse/Data Lake, Master Data Management, Enterprise BI, Data Governance, and other Enterprise platform / services for a global organization;
(2) Work with banking business domains Core banking system, ERP system implementation, accounting and Payment related systems;
(3) Work with Banking Regulatory reporting out of enterprise data platforms for LFI, CECL Methodology and IFRS 9 or equivalent, IFRS9, CCAR/LFI requirements, BCBS239, data privacy and GDPR related DFAST CCAR;
(4) Work with Data quality, Data Remediation, Meta data and reference data related technology;
(5) Data management environments (OLAP, OLTP, data cubes, data warehouses, Business Intelligence);
(6) ETL/ELT technologies (Informatica, SAP BODS, Python);
(7) Batch and real-time data pipelines;
(8) Handle complex projects in Data warehousing and business intelligence with SDLC/Agile procedures for systems design, development, verification, and implementation; and
(9) Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external peers and colleagues to gain insight into business unit strategy and align Data team goals to support their success.
