Job Summary
This is a contract role that ends one year from the hire date.
The Project Coordinator applies professional concepts, project management skills, communication and coordination acumen to support the Health Equity Pathway Program. As a key support role, this position reports to and collaborates with the Director of Operations for the School of Nursing Diversity, Inclusion, and Outreach Office and the Director of the Health Equity Pathway Program who oversee and/or direct the projects, tasks, and initiatives in support of the Health Equity Pathway Program.
The project coordinator will contribute to establishing and implementing the Health Equity Pathway Program by providing administrative coordination of all stakeholders including learners, faculty and staff. The project coordinator will aim for smooth workflow and efficient support that includes providing clear communication and administration of program activities.
The Project Coordinator will combine strategic thinking skills with detail-oriented work, understanding the broad context for each task and project and shaping their work accordingly.
The primary work of the Project Coordinator will be to support program development, coordination of special projects, process management, detailed reports and presentations, event planning, and office management related to the administration of the Health Equity Pathway Program.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

Please note: An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
