Title: Director of Staff Development

Job Duties: The Director of Staff Development provides necessary educational and learning opportunities within a supportive environment that will assist personnel in gaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively. The Director of Staff Development also monitors the activities of nursing personnel to ensure quality care that complies with state, federal, and corporate standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current LVN or RN license in California.
  • Previous experience in Staff Development preferred.

About the Campus: Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$83,200-$93,600 USD
