Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Payroll Compliance Analyst might include the following:

    Assist team to help determine a client's compliance with collective bargaining agreements that relate to their employee benefits.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and provide excellent service via phone, e-mail, and in-person contact.
  • Be trained by and work with a team lead who will manage assignments and provide guidance through testing assignment completion.
  • Travel with Lead Auditor to the employer sites, complete assignments, and adhere to the time requirements of the engagement.

Who You Are

  • You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes and traveling to different locations to conduct payroll compliance audits (15-20 percent travel is required in the role).
  • You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet.
  • You enjoy being a part of a team and collaborating with others.
  • You have knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
  • You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
  • In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $67,000-$82,000

Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
