Your Role

The IT Business Operations team plays a critical role in enhancing business and IT collaboration through a Portfolio based model. The System Analyst, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, IT Product Management. In this role you will analyze data at a team and portfolio level, in a manner to tell stories to leadership.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Formulate/define system scope and objectives based on user needs for the highest complexity changes
• Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution
• Support the implementation and enhance agile standards across enterprise
• Drive accountability with IT teams to standards via reporting, documentation, and partnership
• Help drive cohesion between portfolios - templates, metrics, processes and in the future state into the product and value stream model as we move forward
• Be an expert in our business Agility tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, Agile Place, Planview, ServiceNow, Digital.ai or any future solutions
• Drive, communicate and generate excitement to learn new solutions to enable business Agility for our three key areas: quality, performance, models (team topologies)
• Extraction and analysis of data from multiple tools
• Partnership with our Data and Analytics and tooling owners
• Support understanding of stakeholder usage of data, analysis, and tooling
• Train the trainer: work with teams, with support of Agile Coaches to assist in up leveling tool usage to support metrics and standards
• Influence, support, drive agile tools governance - facilitate conversations on new requests, change requests, user experience improvements, and assist in driving roadmaps and planning for the tool teams

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
• Required JIRA experience
• Desired Confluence, Agile Place, Planview experience
• Required advanced Excel experience - including pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 109120.00 to $ 163680.00 for California.
