The Associate Commercial Marketing Manageris responsible to execute downstream marketing strategies and tactics required to drive growth in the highly competitive Shoulder and Upper Extremity Market. TheAssociate Marketing Manager will work closely with Commercial Marketing, US Sales, Global Marketing, Product Development, Medical and Sales Education, Clinical and Supply Chain to drive portfolio strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the shoulder and upper extremity market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape.

  • Project management of commercial marketing activities.

  • Builds strong matrix partnerships with sales management, field sales, supply chain, operations, product development, quality, regulatory, etc. to ensure alignment on priorities, realistic assessment of capabilities, and proactive prioritization/allocation of shared resources.

  • Communicate project status and challenges.

  • Establish ongoing customer feedback mechanisms and use the information to make continuous improvements (e.g. regional input, customer advisory groups)

  • Provide technicalproductsupport both in the field and in corporate offices.

  • Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting, and other strategic meetings.

What will you need to be sucessful?

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1-2 years proven marketing experience preferably in the orthopedic market.

  • Travel Requirements: up to40%
