Acara Solutions is hiring a Senior QC Inspector in the Fremont CA.


The Quality Inspector is responsible for reviewing products during manufacturing to ensure that they meet customer standards. Besides measuring parts with mechanical inspection tools and comparing the results to a drawing or specification, a Quality Inspector will also be responsible for documenting measurements and communicating their findings and feedback to the manufacturing team.

$25.29 to $42.98 DOE
Monday-Friday
Temp to Hire
6am to 3pm

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform first piece, work-in-process, final, visual, and first article inspections.
  • Support manufacturing with mechanical and visual inspection
  • Record and maintain quality records
  • Accurately and thoroughly communicate inspection results, findings, and useful information to the manufacturing team
  • Help with various other tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, etc.
  • PC-DMIS required
  • Good vision and ability to occasionally use microscopes or magnifiers for extended periods of time.
Preferred: Operating manual and/or DCC CMMs-knowledge of CMM Manager

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25.29-$42.98 hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
