We attract and retain highly skilled and dedicated staff by providing a work environment that is diverse, collaborative, respectful and collegial, and where professional growth is encouraged and nurtured.  The firm is seeking a Quality Assurance and Vendor Partnership Coordinator to become an integral part of our Quality Assurance and Vendor Partnership Department. The Quality Assurance and Vendor Partnership Coordinator will oversee and maintain the quality and accuracy of our document production services. They will act as a point of contact and liaison between Debevoise and vendor staff. This position reports to the Head of Document Production and Graphics Services. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 4:00pm – 12:00am.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Quality Control:

•    Audit Document Production work requests and score jobs based on set of criteria that are aligned with contractual vendor SLAs and KPIs.
•    Participate in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures for document services to ensure consistent and error-free deliverables.
•    Conduct thorough reviews of documents, presentations, graphics, and other materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established guidelines.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Document Production, Proofreading to identify and address quality-related issues.
•    Ensure all work requests are saved into iManage, checking out and in of documents for version control.
•    Provide training and guidance to vendor team on quality standards, best practices, and Debevoise brand.
•    Communicate quality-related feedback, findings, and recommendations to Head of Document Production.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements to continuously improve document services quality.

Client Experience:
•    Act as an escalation point for Debevoise Attorneys and staff that utilize the service.
•    Act as a liaison between Debevoise and vendor staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
•    Process ad-hoc specialized requests from Debevoise Attorneys and staff.

Vendor Program Monitoring:
•    Act as the primary point of contact between Debevoise and vendor. Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with vendor.
•    Address vendor-related issues promptly and professionally.
•    Implement best practices to enhance vendor performance, relationships, and product/service quality.

Special Projects:
•    Ability to process ad-hoc specialized requests from Debevoise Attorneys and staff.
•    Perform non-Doc Prod related tasks as required, main line coverage, conflict checks, after-hours items.

Requirements:
•    Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment, law firm experience preferred.
•    Bachelor's degree.
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Working knowledge of document services workflow and client satisfaction.
•    Strong background in document management and document production.
•    Excellent attention to detail.
