Job Responsibilities
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in mathematics, including Algebra.
Ability to accurately record lab readings, field notes, and sketches to document work.
0 to 4 years of experience as a field and/or lab technician for entry-level; experience requirements scale with the level of seniority.
Preferred:
*Arrangements and payment for training will be made for the successful applicant after their hire date.
Level placement at the time of hiring will depend on an applicant's education, experience, other qualifications they possess, if they are a fit for the company and local office culture, and the current business needs. Laboratory technicians are typically placed at one of the Shannon & Wilson Technical Services levels (Technical Services I to Senior Technical Services).
Technical Services I range: $16.50- $24.54
Technical Services II range: $20.83- $31.25
Technical Services III and IV range: $24.86- $37.28
Senior Technical Services range: $35.14- $52.70
