Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead our North American team and drive the delivery of data solutions for our clients and stakeholders. As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the data strategy, governance, architecture, and analytics projects across the region. You will also collaborate with other Data & Analytics Managers and the Director of Global Data & Analytics to align the regional objectives with the global vision and standards.

This role can be based in Durham, NC or Salt Lake City, UT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of data solutions experts, engineers, and scientists and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
  • Define and execute the data strategy and roadmap for the North American region, ensuring alignment with the global data strategy and business goals.
  • Contribute to design and implement data architecture, leveraging cloud-based technologies and best practices, in collaboration with the Data Architecture team representatives
  • Oversee the delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships to enhance the data capabilities and value proposition of the organization.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the data and analytics field and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in data and analytics, with 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership position OR
    • High school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership position
    • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Snowflake is a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that generate business value and impact.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data governance, architecture, and engineering, using cloud-based platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
