Position Description

Project Manager


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in the building design and construction industry.
  • LEED accreditation is a definite plus.
  • Experience with K-12 or higher education facilities.
  • Experience in all phases of the design and construction process.
  • Individual positions, each with specific experience in either of the following areas of responsibilities:


  • 1. Overall Project Management. 2. Constructability Review. 3. Building Systems Warranties. 4. Claims Avoidance and Mitigation. 5. Building Commissioning. 6. Contract Change Management. 7. Project Closeout.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a cooperative and effective manner with the owner.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work of consultants and contractors.
  • Experience with scheduling and estimating.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
